1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of https://knitnest.cn/ (the "Site") and purchases from KNITNESTCO. The Site is operated by Shantou Honghong Trading Co., Ltd. (汕头市宏鸿贸易有限公司), a company registered in China ("KNITNESTCO," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked or presented on the Site, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Eligibility and Children
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. A minor may use the Site only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the minor's use and any resulting order.
The Site is a general-audience online store and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 must not submit personal information, create accounts, or place orders. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information should contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information, safeguarding your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at hongweiop2023@163.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request reasonable verification before changing account information or discussing an order.
4. Products, Descriptions, and Safe Use
We try to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, availability, and images accurately. Colors and texture may appear different because of device displays, lighting, photography, yarn batches, or normal manufacturing variation. Measurements may have reasonable tolerances stated on the product page.
Follow all product labels, care instructions, age guidance, and safety warnings. Blankets and textile products intended for babies or children must be used with appropriate adult supervision and in a manner suitable for the child's age and circumstances. Product photographs are illustrative and do not replace safety instructions or professional guidance.
We may update, discontinue, limit, or correct a product listing at any time. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices and available currencies are shown on the Site. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges, which will be displayed at checkout when collected by us or may be charged separately by authorities or service providers.
Payment is currently processed through PayPal and any other payment method displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the applicable charge. Payment services are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We may correct pricing, discount, or product-information errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and provide an appropriate refund.
6. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing error, shipping restriction, legal requirement, or misuse of the Site.
If we cancel a paid order or item, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled portion to the original payment method. We may request additional information reasonably needed to verify identity, payment authorization, or delivery details.
7. Shipping, Delivery, Cancellations, and Returns
Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, duties, address responsibilities, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Information. If we cannot ship within the time promised at purchase, we will provide notice and the cancellation or delay options required by applicable law.
Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. A request is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, coupons, and discount codes are subject to their stated period, eligibility, product, quantity, and redemption conditions. Unless the promotion states otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively. We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by error, fraud, or abuse, subject to applicable law.
9. Reviews and Other User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it; that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and that it does not violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or these Terms.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Site and KNITNESTCO. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for copies lawfully retained for backup, recordkeeping, dispute handling, or content already used in materials that cannot reasonably be withdrawn.
We may moderate, refuse, or remove user content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise violates these Terms. We are not required to publish every submission.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Site to violate law or third-party rights; submit false or harmful information; distribute malware; interfere with security or operation; scrape or harvest data through unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person; make fraudulent purchases; test vulnerabilities without permission; or use Site content for unauthorized commercial exploitation.

The Site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, product presentation, design, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to KNITNESTCO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal shopping and informational use.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
To report suspected intellectual-property infringement, email hongweiop2023@163.com with your contact details, identification of the protected work or right, the relevant Site URL, an explanation of the claimed infringement, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and an electronic or physical signature.
12. Third-Party Services and Links

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KNITNESTCO and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or an order, including loss of profit, data, opportunity, or goodwill, where such exclusion is lawful.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product or order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters protected by mandatory law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify KNITNESTCO against reasonable third-party claims, losses, and costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the Site, your infringement of another person's rights, or user content you submit in violation of these Terms. This section does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, including payment, refund, intellectual-property, liability, dispute, and recordkeeping provisions that by their nature should survive.

We may update the Site and these Terms to reflect operational, legal, security, or service changes. The effective date above shows when this version became effective. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights already accrued under an accepted order unless permitted by law.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain applicable where they cannot legally be waived.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so both parties can attempt in good faith to resolve the matter. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in Shantou, Guangdong, China, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring the claim in another court or forum.
20. General Terms
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or service restructuring, subject to applicable law. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and us concerning the Site and purchases made through it.
