ESTIMATED U.S. DELIVERY Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. This estimate includes order processing and carrier transit time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

 

This Shipping Information applies to purchases made directly through https://knitnest.cn/ from KNITNESTCO, operated by Shantou Honghong Trading Co., Ltd. It currently describes our ordinary shipping arrangements for customers in the United States.

1. Order Processing

Order processing is included in the estimated 5–8 business-day delivery window. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Pre-order, made-to-order, temporarily out-of-stock, high-demand, or specially checked items may require additional processing time. If a longer period applies, we will disclose it on the product page, at checkout, or contact you after purchase.

Quality checks, packing, address verification, and payment or fraud review may occur during processing. The 5–8 business-day estimate includes both order processing and carrier transit time.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimates

Standard shipping to the United States is free. The estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Where Orders Ship From

Orders may be fulfilled from warehouses or fulfillment partners located in China. After a parcel enters the destination country, final delivery may be completed by a local carrier. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages when this improves availability or delivery speed; no additional shipping charge will be imposed unless it was disclosed and accepted at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take several business days to show the first carrier scan. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring that someone can receive the package where required.

If the tracking link has not updated for an unusual period, email hongweiop2023@163.com with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts

Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and email address. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. We will try to update an order that has not entered fulfillment, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional reshipping or return costs may apply. We will review the circumstances before determining the available resolution, and nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, international shipments may be sent on a duties-unpaid basis. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by KNITNESTCO and are not part of the product price or shipping charge unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

We cannot declare an order as a gift or state a value lower than the actual transaction value. Refusing a parcel because of duties or taxes may result in return costs or other carrier charges being deducted from any refund where permitted by law and consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Delays, Pre-Orders, and Order Changes

Pre-order or made-to-order products may have a separate estimated dispatch date on the product page. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately. We will communicate any material change that affects the expected shipment.

If we cannot ship within the time promised at purchase, we will provide a delay notice and, where required, give you the choice to accept the revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. Requests are not guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

8. Lost, Delivered-but-Not-Received, or Returned Parcels

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building reception, and the local carrier. Then contact us promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan, with your order number and tracking details.

For a parcel that appears lost, materially delayed, or returned to sender, we may open a carrier investigation and request supporting information. The available solution may include reshipment, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the investigation, product availability, applicable law, and the reason for nondelivery.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Delivery

Inspect the parcel promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible - preferably within 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs or video of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue. Keep all packaging while we review the claim. Our Return & Refund Policy provides the applicable remedies.
